Our 15,000㎡ direct showroom is at No. 52, 325 National Road, Longjiang, Shunde, Foshan (the whole building). It is open Monday–Sunday, 9:00–20:00. The 60,000㎡ production base is also in Longjiang and can be visited on the same day. Please book 1 day in advance via WhatsApp/WeChat so we can arrange a bilingual sales consultant.

For a fast and accurate quote, please send: (1) photos or layout of the room/villa; (2) required furniture list (sofa, bed, dining set, etc.) with sizes; (3) style reference (Italian minimalist, light luxury, quiet luxury); (4) your destination country and port. We usually reply within 12 working hours with a quote and material recommendations.

We require a 50% deposit to start production. The remaining 50% balance is paid after you (or your appointed third-party inspector, e.g. SGS/BV) inspect and approve the finished goods at our factory. Once the balance is settled, we release the goods to your forwarder.

Yes. You may visit our Longjiang factory in person, send a third-party inspection company, or do a live video inspection via WeChat/WhatsApp before balance payment. Yes. We mainly ship FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, and can also handle CIF, DDP, or door-to-door by sea, air, or express. You may use your own forwarder, or we can arrange logistics. Our main destinations are Thailand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe — we have completed villa projects in Phuket and other overseas locations.

Tiered warranty: finished furniture 1 year; leather & fabric 3 years; foam and hardware 5 years; solid wood frame lifetime warranty. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use; natural leather/marble variation and misuse are not covered.

Yes. We have 20+ years of production experience and offer OEM/ODM for global wholesalers, furniture brands, and project contractors. We can produce to your designs, materials, and packaging, with MOQ 50 sets per design for OEM; 1 set for retail/custom projects.

Standard products: 45 days. Complex custom projects (villa whole-house, special materials, bespoke designs): 60 days, calculated from the deposit and final drawings/material confirmation. Sea transit time varies by destination (roughly 7–12 days to Thailand/Southeast Asia, 25–35 days to the Middle East and Europe). We will give you a clear schedule and production updates with every order.

Yes. We can mail leather/fabric color swatches and material samples (wood, marble, hardware) to you or your client; the sample cost is refundable against a bulk order. Our MOQ is just 1 piece/set for retail and custom projects (villas, showrooms, homes); OEM/private label is 50 sets per design.

Yes. Export orders use 5-layer corrugated cartons with EPE foam protection, and solid-wood crates for marble tops and large sofas. We provide IPPC-compliant fumigation for wooden packaging as required by your destination country (Australia, EU, US, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.). We can also print your shipping marks and labels.
