BRANUO is a factory-direct business with no strict minimum order quantity. Single piece: one set is enough, whether it is a sofa, a bed or a dining table. Whole-home furnishing: we recommend planning the full home together for a consistent style and better pricing. Project and wholesale clients: volume orders receive better factory pricing, quoted individually based on project scale. Whether you are buying one sofa, furnishing a villa, or sourcing for design and engineering projects, you can work with us directly.

Two scenarios. Showroom standard models: once dimensions and fabric are confirmed, production takes about 45-60 days. Complex custom orders: irregular dimensions, special fabrics or multi-room projects take about 60-90 days. For villas and large apartments with higher volumes, the schedule may extend slightly; exact timing is confirmed before ordering and written into the contract. We suggest homeowners start selecting furniture 2-3 months ahead to align with renovation schedules.

Yes. Dimensions: standard models can be adjusted to your space, including seat depth, overall length and modular combinations. Share your floor plan and our consultants will check the maximum feasible size, lift and door clearances in advance. Fabrics: fabric, half-leather and full leather are available, with colours and materials matched to your scheme. Colour cards can be sent before ordering for comparison in natural light. Both minor size adjustments and irregular custom builds for special spaces are supported.

Yes. Domestic: in the Pearl River Delta, long-term logistics and installation partners deliver and install on site; other cities receive dedicated line-haul delivery with local installers assembling on arrival; whole-home orders are shipped together to reduce split deliveries. Overseas: FOB Foshan / Yantian / Shenzhen or CIF destination port; FCL and LCL are both available; export and customs documents are provided. Store pickup, out-of-town delivery with installation, and full-container export are all supported.

We require a 50% deposit to start production. The remaining 50% balance is paid after you (or your appointed third-party inspector, e.g. SGS/BV) inspect and confirm the finished goods at our Longjiang factory. Once the balance is settled, we release the goods to your forwarder or our nominated logistics partner.

Yes. We mainly ship FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, and can also handle CIF, DDP, or door-to-door delivery by sea/air/express. You may use your own forwarder, or we can arrange logistics on your behalf. Our main export destinations include Thailand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Absolutely. Our 15,000㎡ showroom at 325 National Road, Longjiang, and our 60,000㎡ production base are both open by appointment. You are welcome to visit in person, or send a third-party inspection agency to check dimensions, materials, leather, and workmanship before balance payment. Our warranty is tiered by component: - General furniture / finished products: 1 year - Upholstery (leather & fabric): 3 years - Foam and hardware: 5 years - Solid wood frame: lifetime warranty The warranty covers manufacturing defects (frame cracking, structural deformation, hardware failure) under normal use. Natural color variations of leather/marble and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
